In January 2020, Lukas travelled to Tokyo to meet with the DTA team throughout a series of intimate and personal interviews, with the intention to gain further insights and a deeper understanding of the machine that is Daimler Trucks Asia.

Before diving into the one-on-one meetings, Lukas first pulled the curtains wide open on everything that ArtRebels had been brewing in the previous 6 months — from research, collaborations and tools to the full, uncensored Innovation Model that would tie it all together.

The Conversations
After Lukas’ presentation, he then spent the rest of the week diving into each member of DTA’s Executive Committee’s worlds, through a series of intimate, one-on-one conversations.
These conversations were crucial in gaining a deeper understanding of the challenges, opportunities and general mechanics of the DTA organisation, in particular regarding internal processes and dynamics across different departments. Every conversation yielded insights that are invaluable in helping us to develop our final strategic recommendations for DTA.
